I have a board ( www.intercambiobrasil.com ) and I would like to know if it´s possible put them in Google (all of the pages)...

You are using mod_rewrite, this is good; but you can use a site-map with the posts too Laughing

The best way to get listed on Google, is getting links to the whole site from sites or pages already indexed by google. And like phlippe says, the site map is a really good idea to show googlebot, the actual structure of the site. one last thing, you must be very patient.
